Arnold was known for his split training routine, but few people know that he did full body training at the beginning of his career and recommends it to all beginners. This type of workout is ideal if you want to strengthen the leaner body parts because you can hit them 3x a week.

1. Squat - 4 sets - 10 reps


2. Wide grip Flat-Bench Press - 3 sets - 10 reps




3. Chin up - 3 sets - to failure


4. Behind the neck overhead press - 4 sets - 10 reps




5. Barbell Curl - 3 sets - 10 reps


6. Bent Knee Sit-Up - 3 sets - to failure
