Four  common mistakes in losing weight

Many people who have weight problems want to reduce their weight to the optimum level in as little time as possible. Therefore, in the process, they often want to achieve it without shedding a sweat and giving up on diets. They buy a lot of the preparations they see through Television or the Internet and think that this will solve the problem. To clarify immediately, I don't think that the introduction of weight loss supplements is so bad, but it is simply not something you can just rely on and think that the job is done. A magic recipe or beverage that will help bring you to perfection in a moment don't exist , and two basic things to remember are training and a regulated diet. I will present to you 4 common mistakes that practitioners make when removing fat layers.

1. Too many crunches

Most of the fat is on the stomach, as most of us know, and they make a big mistake because they think it will fix the problem by doing simple crunch. Lipolysis (melting or eliminating fat deposits) cannot be performed on the parts of the body (stomach) that we want and so far haven't been determined. Too many crunches will waste your time and nerves and you won't gain much. You should focus more on heavier workouts such as deadlifting, squatting or bench press because you will be consuming more calories, which is more important in this process.

2. Too much Cardio

I support cardio because it has a positive effect on our cardiovascular system, but in this topic I don't attach much importance to it. Why ? If you run all the time you will not remove the fatty deposits, but will lose water over sweat which will be 1-2 kg less but it is only apparent and will return very quickly when you are thirsty again. Too much cardio will make your body more durable, which will at the same time act degrading to strength and muscle mass.

3. Elimination of fats from the diet

Misconceptions about fats and their damage are a very common prejudice that occurs in people who want to remove excess fat. Fats by themselves don't gain weight, some fats like omega 3 fats and omega 6 fats are extremely healthy for our body, and what is thicker are bad planning and combining foods, consuming large amounts of carbohydrates over sweets. Therefore, the diet should be adjusted: the ratio of omega 3 fatty acids to omega 6 fatty acids should be 1: 1, saturated fat should be 25% of the total daily intake of fat.

4. Drastically reduced calorie intake

At first glance, the logical solution is, the less I eat that the body would be forced to consume fat. But this way our body doesn't function and by this procedure we wouldn't do anything and even have the opposite effect and we would gain more pounds. This method is mostly used by those who want to achieve fantastic results in 10 days and will therefore activate a "survival mode" in our body which will result in fat retention instead of eliminating them.
